To add the Mumineen Miqaats calendar to your Android device, follow these steps:
  1. Enter your Google account email address below and click the Register button:
  2. Go to the "Settings" menu on your Android device and select "Accounts & sync".
    Note: The accounts menu may be named differently on your device. The differences depend on the UI that the phone manufacturer has installed on top of the stock Android OS (e.g. HTC Sense, MotoBlur, etc.).

  3. Select the Google email account that you registered in an earlier step from the list of accounts.

  4. Ensure that the "Sync Calendar" option is selected.
    Note: The sync calendar option may be named differently on your device.

  5. Exit out of the "Settings" menu, ensuring that your settings have been saved.
  6. Start the stock Calendar app. The name of the app should be "Calendar".

  7. Open the settings menu of the Calendar app and find the option to pick which calendars you want to be displayed.

  8. Ensure that the "Mumineen Miqaats" calendar is selected.
    Note: If the "Mumineen Miqaats" calendar is not in the list, you may need to wait a few minutes for your device to sync up with the updated list of calendars on the server. The sync icon in the notifications bar indicates that your device is syncing.

  9. Exit out of the settings menu for the Calendar app, ensuring that your settings have been saved.
  10. Once your device has downloaded the "Mumineen Miqaats" calendar from the server, you should see Hijri calendar dates and Dawoodi Bohra miqaats when you scroll through the calendar.
